Experience working with international clients or in a global team setting.

Nice to Have

A valid CPA license is a significant advantage.

Experience with Norwegian accounting systems (Tripletex, PowerOffice Go, etc.).

Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for precision.

A proactive, self-starter attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

About the job

We're seeking a meticulous Senior Accountant to provide vital support to Norwegian accounting firms. In this role, you'll manage core financial operations, ensure flawless reporting, and collaborate with a dynamic international team, all from a flexible remote or hybrid setup.

Handle a wide range of core accounting functions, including bookkeeping, A/P, A/R, and general ledger management for our Norwegian clients.

Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Serve as a key financial point of contact, communicating clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Assist in the continuous improvement of accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and client-specific requirements.
