Proven experience designing and implementing a Sales Operations function from zero.
Deep understanding of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for scaling companies.
Hands-on expertise with CRM systems and sales automation tools.

Experience leveraging AI in a sales context for personalisation and efficiency.
Has built or significantly scaled functions in early-stage or high-growth companies.
Nice to Have
Experience in EOR, HR tech, recruiting, or global hiring.
Familiarity with Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, or Attio’s AI features.
Practical experience working with Pipedrive, including improving lead capture, pipeline setup, and sales workflows to support an efficient and scalable GTM motion.
A natural ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations.
A forward-thinking mindset, always exploring new technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
Highly autonomous and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
Excellent communication skills, capable of aligning teams and stakeholders.
About the job
We're looking for a Sales Operations Manager to design and build our entire Sales Ops function from the ground up. You will be the architect of our Go-To-Market (GTM) engine, creating a scalable, data-driven framework that fuels our global growth. This isn't a role where you'll inherit a legacy system. You'll work directly with our CEO and CCO, translating high-level strategy into tangible processes and systems. You will have the autonomy to choose the tools, define the metrics, and shape the culture of our sales organization.
